INNOVATION ROOTS announces a new workshop on Kanban System Design (KMP-I) with Prashant J Mavinkare (Lead Consultant at Innovation Roots). This workshop is going to be held at Hyderabad on May 16-17, 2020.

This workshop offers an ideal foundation for organizations, teams, and individuals to start their journey in incorporating the Kanban method. Participants will receive a great mix of deep conceptual lessons, case studies, and real-life experience. INNOVATION ROOTS Announces SAFe 5.0 Product Owner/Product Manager with SAFe 5 POPM Certification Workshop

It’s a great pleasure to announce a workshop on SAFe 5.0 Product Owner/Product Manager with SAFe 5 POPM Certification which will be held on 09-10 May 2020 at Bengaluru. The workshop is presented by Priyank Pathak (Curator at INNOVATION ROOTS), an Enterprise Agile Transformation and Continuous Delivery Consultant dedicated to provide training, mentoring, and coaching services to companies gain outcomes like quality, value and continuous flow.

This two-day course teaches the process of how the roles of Product Manager, Product Owner, Solution Manager, and Epic Owner, tend to drive the delivery of value in a SAFe® enterprise. This class helps participants gain an intricate knowledge of the Agile Release Train (ART) and its way of delivering value, and perform their roles more effectively.

After attending the course, the participants will get an overview of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®), the Lean-Agile mindset, and an understanding of key activities, tools, and mechanics used to effectively deliver value to the enterprise. The participants will be able to make use of Lean-Agile methods in order to write Epics, deconstruct them into Features and Stories, plan and execute Iterations and plan Program Increments. They will also gain an understanding of the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps culture, and the methods to simultaneously improve the Agile Release Train.
