Thriveni Shetty is currently leading the HR practice at INNOVATION ROOTS with overall 9 years of work experience in field of HR.

In this session, the presenter Thriveni will give you a brief introduction on Kanban and how  to use Kanban in Teamwork, and why?. You will learn how Kanban Principles can be introduced and how to get started with preparing your first post card in Kanban game.
