Definition:
It is one of the two types of meetings in Holacracy and deal with the functional work of the circle. Tactical Meetings happen weekly for each circle where you have a role. The purpose is to get rid of the blockers so that work can move forward. Projects and Actions are the formal output of such meetings but some operation needs can also be addressed such as updates, requesting actions etc
