Definition

The Agile team undertakes all the activities in Scrum, but potential delivery of result or increment at end of a sprint is a rare phenomenon. The team also, has no intention of improving the situation. This is known as Zombie Scrum.

Yesterday’s Weather | Glossary

Definition
Yesterday’s Weather is a term used in XP, which states, “The weather today will most likely, be the same as the weather tomorrow”. Formally speaking, it’s used to keep teams in XP from over committing to tasks, and helps them calculate how much work is going to get done in a sprint or iteration, based on the observations from previous sprint or iteration.
