Voice of the customer in software development refers to the process of capturing the customer’s expectations, preferences and dislikes. In short, it refers to the process of capturing the customers’ needs and wants from a particular product, which is carried out by the organisation.

In Software Development, the last phase of Software testing involves actual software users testing the application for the ability to handle real world scenarios and inputs, to deliver the desired output according to the specification.This is called as User Acceptance Testing.
