Setting a Stage for Change with Sudipta Lahiri

Setting the stage for change is as important as the change itself. How does a leader do that? We get to explore this with Sudipta Lahiri in this interview. He says that every organisation needs to evolve and the trick is where does the genesis of change come from. Sudipta suggests to try both top down and bottom up ways to trigger the change otherwise it will not sustain for a long time. Though he informed that going bottom up is quite difficult.

When asked about what can ensure success for an organisation, Sudipta says that as long as one realises that success is a continuous improvement journey, there isn’t a state of failure. It’s always a success as long as you try something and you learn from its outcome. It does not matter if the learning moved you forward or set you back.
