Parkinson’s law | Glossary

Definition :

Parkinson’s law is that the tendency for the amount of work needed for one thing to extend so it consumes any amount of your time that will be assigned to that. The idea is usually generalized to refer to the tendency for any available capacity during a given system to be used.
