Definition

Work whose primary nature involved an application of a for of knowledge, is known as Knowledge Based Work. The philosophy behind this line of work is ‘thinking for a living’ and includes aspects like creativity,research and problem solving. People who are employed under ‘Knowledge Based Work’ are generally engineers, doctors, publicists, accountants,design thinkers, amongst other examples.
