INNOVATION ROOTS announces launch of Kanban System Design (KMPI) workshop on 20-21 July 2018. This workshop is hosted in collaboration with Brett Ansley, who is a Digital Product Expert, Agile Kanban Coach and Consultant at Brett Ansley Consulting.
This two-day Kanban System Design workshop helps participants to have a comprehensive understanding towards the design of the Kanban System flow in an organization. It helps in creating a better understanding of business risk, supports decision-making and eventually, leads to the improvement of the service delivery of activities.
