We are glad to announce a workshop on Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) with the presenter Prashant J. Mavinkare (Consultant at INNOVATION ROOTS). This workshop is going to be held on 11 May 2019 at Bengaluru, India.

This workshop serves as a basic foundational-level course for all the Kanban Enthusiasts who are yet to begin their career in Kanban. The participants will learn the basics of the Kanban method, techniques to implement Kanban at team-level and enterprise-level. This workshop is ideal for those who are interested to gain knowledge in Kanban.

In this one day workshop, you will learn how to design Team Kanban board and the basic structure of a Kanban System Design.
