Definition

A retrospective that takes place at a significant event (or near the end) of a project is known as a ‘Milestone retrospective’. All the team’s permanent members, invest from 1-3 days in a detailed analysis of significant events regarding the project. This is even more formalized than an iteration respective, and strictly adheres to a structure.

Done | Glossary

 

Definition

‘Done’ is a collective agreement by a team regarding a decision that is mutually agreed upon before a product increment in the team room. Often a user story is considered “done”. The criteria has to be met/agreed upon before the end of a sprint. It’s the proverbial answer to the oft asked question : “Are you done with this feature?” in software development.
