Definition:

Service-oriented architecture is a style of software design where services are provided to the other components by application components, through a communication protocol over a network. The basic principles of service-oriented architecture are independent of vendors, products and technologies.

Change control board | Glossary

Definition:

In software development, a Change Control Board or Software Change Control Board is a committee that consists of Subject Matter Experts and Technical Chiefs, who will make decisions regarding whether or not proposed changes to a software project should be implemented.
