Action Science | Glossary

Definition:

Action Science is a method  for increasing the skills and confidence of individuals in groups to create any kind of organization and to foster long-term individual and group effectiveness. This strategy applies to any form of human relations, either organizational, group, or interpersonal contexts where individuals work on challenging tasks together.

Double-loop | Glossary

Definition:

Double-loop learning is contrasted with “single-loop learning”: the repeated attempt at the same problem, with no variation of method and without ever questioning the goal.
