Agile Portfolio

Definition:

Agile Portfolio increases transparency in delivery, and enhances flexibility in order to react quickly to market dynamics. It uses the Agile method of managing complete change portfolios. Agile Portfolio is the integration of classic Portfolio Management, with scaled Agile development.

Zero Float

Definition:

In project management, Zero float is a condition where there is no excess of time between activities. An activity with Zero Float is considered a critical activity. If the duration of any critical activity is increased (the activity slips), the project finish date will slip.
