INNOVATION ROOTS announces Kanban System Design (KMP-I) workshop with Prashant M J (Accredited Kanban Trainer and Lead Consultant at INNOVATION ROOTS), to be held Online on 8th April to 10th April 2022.

It is online workshop offers an ideal foundation for organizations, teams, and individuals to start their journey by designing and incorporating the Kanban Method. Participants will receive a great mix of deep conceptual lessons, case studies, and real-life experience. They will have hands-on experience in simulation games and interactive exercises that will help them understand and to kick start their Kanban initiative.

This three-day Kanban System Design (KSD) workshop provides an understanding of a comprehensive approach towards understanding the workflow, experiencing the flow through simulation, using STATIK to design the Kanban system. It helps in creating a better understanding of business risk, supports decision-making and eventually, leads to the improvement of activities towards service delivery.

INNOVATION ROOTS’ Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) workshop with Prashant J Mavinkare (Accredited Kanban Trainer and Lead Consultant at INNOVATION ROOTS) for April 2022 will be happening online on 2nd April 2022.

Team Kanban Practitioner gives you a hands on training, especially designed to help understand the core concepts of the Kanban Method and how to implement Kanban at a team level. This is a one-day online course serves as an entry-level course for the participants who are enthusiastic to gain knowledge in Kanban.

The participants will understand: how to visualize the flow and understand the benefits of WIP limits to improve the work-flow. It develops understanding on how to run the team level Kanban meetings and focus on the work and allow the team to self-organize. The course is delivered through interactive sessions, team-building exercises, games and simulations that helps participants to develop collaboration skills and utilize the same in their organization. Team members will learn how to be effective within a Team.
