Whole Team Approach | Glossary

Definition

The whole-team approach in Agile, means involving everyone with different knowledge and skill sets to ensure the success of the project. The teams should relatively be small, and should share the same workplace and be sat as a group. This is a measure that strongly improves communication and interaction. There should be daily meetings that involve all members of team where work progress is communicated and goals are discussed. Overall, this improves the team dynamic significantly.
