Milestone Retrospective| Glossary

 

Definition

A retrospective that takes place at a significant event (or near the end) of a project is known as a ‘Milestone retrospective’. All the team’s permanent members, invest from 1-3 days in a detailed analysis of significant events regarding the project. This is even more formalized than an iteration respective, and strictly adheres to a structure.
