INNOVATION ROOTS announces Kanban System Design (KMP-I) workshop with Prashant J Mavinkare (Lead Consultant at INNOVATION ROOTS), to be held Online on 12 Feb – 14 Feb 2021.

This online workshop offers an ideal foundation for organizations, teams, and individuals to start their journey by designing and incorporating the Kanban Method. Participants will receive a great mix of deep conceptual lessons, case studies, and real-life experience. They will have hands-on experience with simulation games and interactive exercises that will help them understand and to kick start their Kanban initiative.

This three-day Kanban System Design (KSD) workshop provides an understanding of a comprehensive approach towards understanding the workflow, experiencing the flow through simulation, using STATIK to design the Kanban system. It helps in creating a better understanding of business risk, supports decision-making and eventually, leads to the improvement of activities towards service delivery.
