Definition

A Member of a Scrum team that is responsible for developing the features of an application/ product irrespective of role (architect, designer, programmer or tester), and works towards creating potential shippable increments every sprint, is called a Scrum Developer.

Definition

Release Planning in Software development refers to a very high-level plan across multiple sprints, which serves as a guideline to show which features will be developed and implemented in the due course of iterations. It also helps in monitoring the overall progress of the project.
