Definition

The Value Chain is the overall parameter( i.e all the included groups), in which Agility needs to be embraced, in order to bring about transformation. Both the Development and Non-Development parts have to embrace Agile and adjust to each other, for it to be sully successful.

Release Train Engineer | Glossary

Definition

The Release Train Engineer acts as a servant leader, and coach for the Agile Release Train. The RTE’s major responsibilities are to facilitate the ART events and helping assist the teams. An RTE has a multi-faceted job profile, that includes : communicating with stakeholders, escalating impediments, helping manage risk, and driving relentless improvement.
