INNOVATION ROOTS is pleased to announce about the launch of new workshop on Kanban Management Professional (KMP-II) with Prashant J Mavinkare (Consultant at Innovation Roots) and Dr. Badri N Srinivasan (Accredited Kanban Trainer). This workshop is going to be held in Bengaluru on Nov 9-10, 2019.

The KMP-II workshop offers a deeper understanding of the Kanban method and is the next available step to enhance your grasp on Kanban methodology after the completion of KMP-1. This workshop is more focused on the daily rollout of the Kanban system and works on deciding to implement the most appropriate Kanban method for the organization, and managing and developing it over time.

This course provides an overview of how to improve overall Agility with cadences and asymmetrical commitments. It also covers adequate handling of metrics, setting policy and recommended meetings. The participants will also learn to build Information Flow, Deal with resistance to WIP, Understand Lead Time, Variation, Kanban values and Case Studies.

INNOVATION ROOTS is pleased to inform about the launch of a new workshop on Kanban System Design (KMP-I) with Prashant J Mavinkare (Consultant at Innovation Roots) and Dr. Badri N Srinivasan. This workshop is going to be held in Bengaluru on September 14-15, 2019.

This two-day Kanban System Design workshop provides an understanding of a comprehensive approach towards designing the system flow into an organization. It helps in creating a better understanding of business risk, supports decision-making and eventually, leads to the improvement of the service delivery of activities.
