Definition:

A go-to-market strategy (GTM strategy) is an action plan that specifies how a company will reach target customers and achieve competitive advantage. The purpose of a GTM strategy is to provide a blueprint for delivering a product or service to the end customer, taking into account such factors as pricing and distribution. A GTM strategy is somewhat similar to a business plan, although the latter is broader in scope and considers such factors as funding.

Big Hairy Audacious Goal | Glossary

Definition:

Big hairy audacious goal, or BHAG, refers to a clear and compelling target for a company to strive for. The term was coined within the book “Built to Last: successful Habits of Visionary Companies” by Jim Collins and jerry Porras. A BHAG – pronounced “bee hag” – is a long-term goal that everybody in a company will understand and rally behind. BHAGs are meant to excite and energize folks in a method that quarterly targets and lengthy missions statements usually fail to.
