Acceptance Testing | Glossary

Definition:

This is a testing technique performed to determine whether the software system has met the required specifications. The main purpose of this test, is to evaluate the system’s compliance with the business requirements, and verify if it is has met the required criteria for delivery to end users.

WAG | Glossary

Definition:

A WAG is an off-the-cuff estimate for something, such as the completion date of a project, when there is insufficient data available to support a more informed estimation. In Agile and Scrum software development, a WAG is often based upon historical experience.
