Definition: 

An outcome measure is an evaluation of the results of an activity, plan, process, or program and their comparison with the intended or projected results.Outcome measures quantify the true performance and assess the success of the processes put in place and thus are a better way to gauge the business success.

Nice-To-Have Features | Glossary

Definition: 

Features that are targeted for the upcoming release but could be excluded if there are insufficient resources to finalize their development. these are the complement of objectives or requirements that are considered desired or even important to the overall deliverable, but can be considered as optional or nice-to-have in the overall completion of the project.
