Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP) Workshop with David J. Anderson in September 2017

INNOVATION ROOTS is pleased to announce Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP) workshop on 18-22 September, 2017 at Bengaluru, Karnataka. This is a five days workshop which will be conducted by David J. Anderson, who coined the term ‘Kanban’ and Chairman of Lean Kanban University.

This master class covers the entire Kanban course curriculum and teaches the leadership and coaching skills to the participants. INNOVATION ROOTS is proud to announce Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) workshop with Janice Linden-Reed, CEO at Lean Kanban University (LKU). This is the 3rd consecutive year INNOVATION ROOTS is conducting AKT workshop in India, in collaboration with Lean Kanban University from September 10-14, 2017 at Novotel Hotel, Bengaluru, India.  

Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) is a five-days workshop relevant for the Kanban enthusiast and the one who wish to teach Kanban classes within an organization or publicly. This workshop is specially designed for Kanban enthusiasts and helps the participants to take the AKT certification exam and become a certified Kanban trainer in the future. This comprehensive training on LKU’s Kanban curriculum motivates the participants to learn and overcome the challenges faced in teaching the Kanban classes.
