INNOVATION ROOTS is pleased to announce about the launch of new workshop on Kanban Management Professional (KMP-II) with Prashant J Mavinkare (Consultant at Innovation Roots). This workshop is going to be held in Bengaluru on Dec 8-9, 2018.

The KMP-II workshop offers a deeper understanding of Kanban method , and is the next available step to enhance your grasp on Kanban methodology after the completion of KMP-1. This workshop is more focused on the daily rollout of the Kanban system and works on deciding to implement the most appropriate Kanban method for the organization, and managing and developing it over time.
