Innovation Roots announces an Online Workshop on Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) with the presenter Prashant J. Mavinkare (Lead Consultant at INNOVATION ROOTS). This workshop is going to be held on 02 May 2020, Online.

This workshop serves as a basic foundational-level course for all the Kanban Enthusiasts who are yet to begin their career in Kanban. The participants will learn the basics of the Kanban method, techniques to implement Kanban at team-level and enterprise-level. INNOVATION ROOTS announces a new workshop on Leading SAFe with SAFe 5 Agilist Certification with Priyank Pathak (Curator and Founder at INNOVATION ROOTS). This workshop is going to be held at Bengaluru on June 13-14, 2020.

This two-day Leading SAFe® course is based on 5.0 version of SAFe®, and it empowers participants with the skill set required to succeed in a disruptive marketplace – by achieving the certification of SAFe® Agilist (SA). This class focuses on the application of Scaled Agile Framework® and its underlying principles derived from Lean, System Thinking, Agile Development, Product Development Flow, and DevOps to support Lean-Agile transformation of the enterprise. The participants understand the skills required to master Business Agility and understand how to establish the team and technical Agility and organize and reorganize around the flow of value. Participants also gain the skills to support and execute PI planning events and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

The course is designed to explore and adopt the customer-centric mindset and design thinking approach to Agile product delivery. In the course of the two-day workshop, participants develop an understanding of implementing a Lean Portfolio Management function in the enterprise. Attending the class prepares individuals to take the exam and become a certified SAFe® Agilist (SA).
