INNOVATION ROOTS announces a new workshop on Kanban System Design (KMP-I) with Prashant J Mavinkare (Lead Consultant at Innovation Roots). This workshop is going to be held Online on June 26-28, 2020.

This workshop offers an ideal foundation for organizations, teams, and individuals to start their journey in incorporating the Kanban method. Participants will receive a great mix of deep conceptual lessons, case studies, and real-life experience. They will partake in hands-on games and interactive exercises that will help them understand and to kick off their own Kanban initiative.

This three-day Kanban System Design workshop provides an understanding of a comprehensive approach towards designing the system flow into an organization. It helps in creating a better understanding of business risk, supports decision-making and eventually, leads to the improvement of the service delivery of activities.

Remote Meeting Facilitator Workshop with Dov Tsal

INNOVATION ROOTS announces the ‘Remote Meeting Facilitator Workshop’ that is going to be held online on 18 July – 08 August 2020 ( 2 hours weekly for 4 weeks). It will be conducted by Dov Tsal (Certified Facilitator at Collaboration Superpowers).

Remote teams are hard to handle, and remote meetings are a challenge to facilitate. This course is designed to help participants become super facilitators. It will help you build synergy within the team and add value to the delivery. This workshop is for beginners to experts.

The course is based on;

  • Lisette Sutherland’s Work Together Anywhere workshops, which have been running for the past four years.
  • Dov Tsal’s experience as a mindfulness meeting-facilitator.

It comprises four online sessions that are designed for up to 15 people. In these interactive sessions, you will discover lots of tools, principles, and ideas. You will also get the chance to experience what you learn about effective remote meeting facilitation and teamwork.

It will teach you the principles of teamwork and meeting facilitation so essential in this new era.
