We take pride in ourselves to announce Prashant M. J (Senior Consultant at INNOVATION ROOTS) as a Facilitator for Agile Olympiad Quiz competition at Agile Leadership Summit 2017, held on July 20, 2017 in Bengaluru. Prashant is an Enterprise Transformation Consultant dedicated in providing training, coaching and mentoring services to wide-range of companies that strive to gain great outcomes like quality, value and continuous flow.

At the event, Prashant facilitates the Quiz competition, which consists of four rounds and four teams. It is a Q&A themed quiz where each team will be asked two questions that are related to Agile concepts.

Agile Olympiad is a corporate quiz competition conducted by UNICOM and KPMG to recognize the most talented professionals in Agile. At the Agile Olympiad, young and enthusiastic professionals and leaders across India and abroad take part in the quiz to showcase their knowledge.

INNOVATION ROOTS is glad to announce Priyank Pathak as a presenter at Agile Leadership Summit 2017, held on July 20th 2017 at Le Meridien, Bangalore. He is going to give a talk on the topic “Kanban Method with Postcard Game”. Priyank Pathak is currently, a Curator at INNOVATION ROOTS with 15+ years of experience as Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach and Continuous Delivery Consultant in Agile industry.

At the event, Priyank talks about team collaboration, and why Kanban is one such necessary tool to promote collaboration, and effective functioning in the teams. The workshop serves the participants as an entry-level course, and guides in understanding the core concepts of Kanban including, work-in-progress limits, implementing feedback loops, and managing work.

Participants will be able to master the basic concepts in Kanban, and become well versed at adopting the best practices of Kanban at workplace. They will primarily learn all the concepts through a fun-infused Kanban Postcard game. By the end of this session, participants will learn how to facilitate the Kanban Postcard game at their respective organizations.
