Hybrid Methodology | Glossary

Hybrid Methodologies is a combination of two different methodologies or systems to create a new and better model. Management is always looking for better and more efficient ways to carry a project to completion, constantly challenging the traditional models.

There is a long list of methodologies available from Waterfall, Lean, Kanban to Agile where hybrid methodologies can be in synergy of new and traditional work methods which accepts fluidity of projects.
