INNOVATION ROOTS announces Team Kanban Practitioner(TKP) workshop with Prashant J Mavinkare (Lead Consultant at INNOVATION ROOTS), to be held Online on 4th September 2021.

Team Kanban Practitioner gives you a hands on training, especially designed to help participants understand the core concepts of the Kanban Method and how to implement Kanban at a team level. This is a one-day online course serves as an entry-level course for the participants who are enthusiastic to gain knowledge in Kanban.

The participants will understand: how to visualize the flow and understand the benefits of WIP limits to improve the work-flow. It develops understanding on how to run the team level Kanban meetings and focus on the work and allow the team to self-organize. The course is delivered through interactive sessions, team-building exercises, games and simulations that helps participants to develop collaboration skills and utilize the same in their organization. Future of Agile Practices in an Organization with Jon Kern

In our recent interview, we have featured Jon Kern (Co-Author, Agile Manifesto). He shares his experiences and the reason behind being a contributor of Agile Manifesto. He shared his understanding of the 4 values shared by 17 people in the Agile Manifesto.

He mentions 17 people coming together itself is an opportunity and is Agile. He answered our questions on what is Fake Agile, Misconceptions and the Future of Agile practices. He says learning and unlearning is the key for being Agile. He highlights the significance of Plan, Do, Inspect and Adapt. When we spoke about high performing teams in organizations, he said meeting customer expectations and values makes a company more successful. He also spoke on different aspects of Agile.
