Definition

‘Done’ is a collective agreement by a team regarding a decision that is mutually agreed upon before a product increment in the team room. Often a user story is considered “done”. The criteria has to be met/agreed upon before the end of a sprint. It’s the proverbial answer to the oft asked question : “Are you done with this feature?” in software development.

Customer Unit | Glossary

 

Definition

The customer unit is referred to the people/unit of people that represent the expectations and needs of the primary consumer of the deliverable product, throughout the course of project development. It involves everything from Product Managers, Sales and Marketing and even End-User consumers. It’s what decides the vision and nature of the project.
