Definition

Information Radiators can be any number of drawn, handwritten, printed or digital displays that a team places on locations of high-visibility on the workplace. This is done to ensure all the team members, and passers-by can see the latest important information at a glance. This can include : automated tests, velocity, incident reports, continuous integration, among others

Definition

The form of Technical Debt , whose existence is unaware to the software team unless it is revealed, or exposed during the usual course of development, is known as Happened-Upon Technical Debt.
