Definition

Something created by an organization, through a development team that is offered to provide benefits to the market/ consumer is called a product. It can be anything from a physical entity, to an idea/patent, or a consumer service.

Definition

Organization Gravity refers to the rigid structure or hierarchy that can sometimes limit the workflow or capability. To make organizations more Agile, there needs to be a change in organizational culture and a conceited effort to pull away from rigid structures.
