Program and Portfolio Management involves the structures in place for grouping projects in organizations. It is a vital aspect of its overall governance structure. It represents the people who have the highest-level strategy and responsibility for decision making in the framework. The titles, roles and responsibilities may vary depending on enterprise.

Non-Functional Requirements | Glossary

 

Definition

Nonfunctional Requirements (NFR’s) help define system attributes such as performance, security, maintainance, reliability, scalability and usability. Also known as ‘System Qualities’, they act as restrictions/ constraints on the design of the system across different backlogs. Equally as important and critical as functional Epics, Features, Capabilities and Stories, they ensure the effectiveness and usage o the entire system. Failing to meet even one of them can result in systems that fail to satisfy internal business or market needs.
