With great pleasure, INNOVATION ROOTS announces the launch of the workshop on SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master with Priyank Pathak ( Curator at INNOVATION ROOTS) on 18-19 May 2019 at Bengaluru. Priyank Pathak is an Enterprise Agile Transformation and Continuous Delivery Consultant, who provides training, mentoring and coaching services for companies to gain outcomes like quality, value, and continuous flow.

This workshop is exclusively designed for Project Managers, Product Managers, Service Managers, and Software Architects to help them understand the importance of SAFe. The workshop introduces participants to the basic components in SAFe, Lean-Agile principles, DevOps and Scalable engineering practices. Participants will grasp the roles and responsibilities of a Scrum Master, and understand how to effectively apply SAFe principles in the organization by taking the responsibility of a Scrum Master.

The participant will get hold of skills to analyze Agile and Scrum anti-patterns, effectively apply Kanban to optimize workflow and build high performing teams. We are pleased to announce a new webinar ‘Quantitative Analysis for Systematic Waste Reduction’. This webinar will be presented by Sudipta Lahiri. He is Head of Engineering and Products at Digite Inc. He has been in the IT industry for nearly 3 decades. He brings together a balanced mix of experience across IT Services and Product companies. He has worked with leading organizations like Wipro, HCL Technologies in various capacities. At Digité, he heads the Engineering and Product Management function. He leads the development of SwiftEnterprise and SwiftKanban products. Sudipta is passionate about Lean-Agile transformation. He led that initiative within Digité and helps various organizations through the process.

The webinar will be held on May 24, 2019, at 5:00 pm IST. Sudipta will share some of the new things like how to read metrics that are generated from a Flow-based system, often using the Kanban Method. He will also discuss how to interpret this data and identify corrective action from them.
