We are glad to announce a workshop on Teams Agility Assessment with Prashant M.J ( Senior Consultant at INNOVATION ROOTS) which will be conducted as a part of the Agile Gurugram 2017 conference. The workshop will be held on 27th May 2017 at Leela Ambience Hotel, Gurugram. Prashant is an Enterprise Agile Transformation Consultant providing training, coaching and mentoring services to companies to gain business outcomes like quality, value, and continuous flow.

This workshop is mainly intended to spread the best practices of agility to the businesses, and guide them in assessing and evaluating the practices that are suitable for their business. INNOVATION ROOTS Announces SAFe PO/PM Workshop in May 2017

INNOVATION ROOTS is pleased to announce the launch of SAFe PO/PM workshop, presented by Priyank Pathak (Curator at INNOVATION ROOTS) and it will be held on May 11-12, 2017 at Gurugram. Priyank Pathak is an Enterprise Agile Transformation and Continuous Delivery Consultant dedicated to provide training, mentoring, and coaching services to companies gain outcomes like quality, value and continuous flow.

This intensive two days course teaches participants about the roles and responsibilities of Product Owner and Product Manager, and how it affects drives the delivery of value in an organization where SAFe is implemented. The participants will get an overview of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), carry a Lean-Agile mindset, and understand how the Product Manager and Product Owner roles operate in a SAFe enterprise.

Finally, the participants will get in-depth understanding of activities, tools, and mechanics that directly affect the delivery of value in system.
