INNOVATION ROOTS is glad to announce Priyank Pathak as a presenter for the workshop ‘CASE STUDY: Enterprise Transformation of a Telecom company using Kanban’. This workshop is a part of the Lean Kanban India 2017 conference, conducted at Hotel Novotel, Bengaluru, India on 15-16 September, 2017.

The workshop kickstarts with a general introduction about Kanban by Priyank Pathak, and then followed by a lecture about the telecom company which used Kanban to optimize their workflow. Priyank will discuss how this telecom company went about a change or transformation using Kanban as a strategy.
