INNOVATION ROOTS announced SAFe Program Consultant( SPC) workshop, from October 23-26, 2017 at bengaluru. It will be conducted by Gerald Cadden, Sr. Principal Consultant, CA Technologies and a globally esteemed Agile Transformation change agent. Priyank Pathak, the curator and founder of INNOVATION ROOTS, will be co- conducting the workshop as well.

The SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) workshop is an in-demand and valued proposition for internal Agile change agents and external consultants. It provides the requisite tools to implement Agile programs, and validate their knowledge in Agile programs, Program Portfolio Management, Agile Architecture and Leadership. The participants will eventually be able and officially certified to launch an Agile Release Train, as part of an Enterprise change initiative.

Getting certified as an SPC, helps the participants maintain an edge over their competitors in the intense marketplace. As an SPC, you will also be allowed to lead your own SAFe classes, network with others in the SPC community, invited to attend monthly webinars towards advancing SAFe knowledge, earn professional development units (PDUs) and access toolkits essential for SAFe coaches.

Prerequisites for the workshop include:
5 plus years of Software Development, Testing, Business Analysis, or Product Management experience
3 plus years of Agile experience
One or more relevant Agile certifications (eg.g. CSM, CSPO, CSP, CSC, CST, DSDM, ICAgile, PMI-ACP or Scrum.Org)

INNOVATION ROOTS Announces Teams Agility Assessment Meetup with Prashant M.J at Bengaluru

We are glad to announce the launch of Team’s Agility Assessment workshop with Prashant M.J ( Senior Consultant at INNOVATION ROOTS), which will be held on October 14th 2017 at Bangalore. Prashant is an Enterprise Agile Transformation Consultant providing training, coaching and mentoring services to companies to gain business outcomes like quality, value, and continuous flow.

This meetup is conducted in association with Scaling Agile Institute (SAI) and it is part of the next edition of SAI Day meetup, which is quite frequent.  The meetup aims to spread the best practices of agility to the businesses, and guide them in assessing and evaluating the practices that are suitable for their business. At the meetup, participants will learn the definition of Agility, how to accurately measure the agility, and what are metrics used to measure them.

In this one hour thirty minutes session, the presenter Prashant will discuss on what is Agility, characteristics of a high performing team, what is a team’s perspective on agility and how to evaluate real-time scenarios to assess team’s Agility. This session will give a clarity on Why, How, What, and When the team needs to be assessed. At the end of the meetup, the participants can revolt their concerns and queries about how to go about the assessment to gain agility in team and further insights, by a discussion with the expert panelists.
