Myths and Realities of Scrum with Pete Deemer

The adoption of Scrum has increased rapidly in recent years, and with its rapid adoption, several myths are abound. In our recent interview with Pete Deemer, Founder of GoodAgile, we debunked some of the Scrum myths and discussed about the realities.

Pete has shared his views on Scrum Master focusing too much on Scrum ceremonies only many a times. Also, the forever debate – Is Scrum Master not as important as Product Owner?- has been discussed.

Pete Deemer is a well-known figure in the Agile software community, and has spent the last 25+ years leading teams building products and services at global companies. Pete served on the Board of Directors of Scrum Alliance from 2012-2017, and as Chairman of Scrum Alliance in 2016. He is the lead author of The Scrum Primer, one of the most widely read introductions to Agile development. ​​
