Definition
Yesterday’s Weather is a term used in XP, which states, “The weather today will most likely, be the same as the weather tomorrow”. Formally speaking, it’s used to keep teams in XP from over committing to tasks, and helps them calculate how much work is going to get done in a sprint or iteration, based on the observations from previous sprint or iteration.
