Definition

The  identified tolerance for a product for a quality criterion, that defines an acceptable value range is known as Quality Tolerance. It’s documented in the project product description, and the product description of each product that’s delivered.

Milestone Retrospective| Glossary

 

Definition

A retrospective that takes place at a significant event (or near the end) of a project is known as a ‘Milestone retrospective’. All the team’s permanent members, invest from 1-3 days in a detailed analysis of significant events regarding the project. This is even more formalized than an iteration respective, and strictly adheres to a structure.
