Hybrid Methodologies is a combination of two different methodologies or systems to create a new and better model. Management is always looking for better and more efficient ways to carry a project to completion, constantly challenging the traditional models.

There is a long list of methodologies available from Waterfall, Lean, Kanban to Agile where hybrid methodologies can be in synergy of new and traditional work methods which accepts fluidity of projects. This helps in developing more ways to approach a problem with better chances to be resolved. Hybrid methodologies is the one of the way of completing the complex projects within given time frame.

Hybrid approach exploits the qualities of multiple Methodologies without enabling them to get in each other’s way.
