Definition 

Application Requirements management is the process of gathering, capturing stakeholders'(usually the end users) wants and needs, to develop and deliver the desired product to them.

Definition 

It is a quality control chart that monitors the mean of the product development process, in which a sample of n parts is collected across multiple time periods. The mean of the sample is then plotted on the control chart, and a determination is made if the process is “under control” or not.
