Definition

In SAFe, the Enterprise Architect works with business stakeholders and System Architects to implement holistic technology across Value Streams. They rely on continuous feedback, foster adaptive design and engineering practices, and drive programs and teams around to rally a common technical vision.

Definition 

The term developer unit refers to the group of people entrusted with the responsibility of delivering working software that meets the needs of the customer by collaborating with them throughout the development lifecycle. Usually it consists a team of developers, quality assurance specialists, project manager, DB admins working together in cross-functional agile teams.
