.Framework in Agile Software Development refers to a set of principles or concepts, based on which Software Development takes place. Examples being, Scrum and SAFe, among others.

Definition
Estimation in Software development refers to the process realistically estimating the number of man hours, or money that would be required to develop, or build a software based on an incomplete, or noisy input. Effort estimates may be used as input, to project plans, iteration plans, budgets etc.
