In Object Oriented Programming, an ‘Object’ refers to a particular instance of a class where the object can be a combination of variables, functions, and data structures.

Nexus | Glossary

Definition 

Nexus is a framework that can implemented for 3, and up to 9 Scrum teams. It provides structure for how multiple Scrum teams work together on a single Product Backlog to build an Integrated Increment every Sprint.

Origin 

From mid 17th century,  the phrase means ‘a binding together’. Derived from the phrase nex( ‘bound’), from the verb nectere.
