Innovation Roots announces a workshop on Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) with the presenter Prashant J. Mavinkare (Consultant at INNOVATION ROOTS) and Dr. Badri N Srinivasan. This workshop is going to be held on 02 November 2019 at Bengaluru, India.

This workshop serves as a basic foundational-level course for all the Kanban Enthusiasts who are yet to begin their career in Kanban. The participants will learn the basics of the Kanban method, techniques to implement Kanban at team-level and enterprise-level. This workshop is ideal for those who are interested to gain knowledge in Kanban.

In this one day workshop, you will learn how to design Team Kanban board and the basic structure of a Kanban System Design. INNOVATION ROOTS is pleased to announce about the launch of new workshop on Kanban Management Professional (KMP-II) with Prashant J Mavinkare (Consultant at Innovation Roots) and Dr. Badri N Srinivasan (Accredited Kanban Trainer). This workshop is going to be held in Bengaluru on Nov 9-10, 2019.

The KMP-II workshop offers a deeper understanding of the Kanban method and is the next available step to enhance your grasp on Kanban methodology after the completion of KMP-1. This workshop is more focused on the daily rollout of the Kanban system and works on deciding to implement the most appropriate Kanban method for the organization, and managing and developing it over time.

This course provides an overview of how to improve overall Agility with cadences and asymmetrical commitments. It also covers adequate handling of metrics, setting policy and recommended meetings. The participants will also learn to build Information Flow, Deal with resistance to WIP, Understand Lead Time, Variation, Kanban values and Case Studies.
