INNOVATION ROOTS is pleased to inform about the launch of a new workshop on Agile Foundation with Priyank Pathak (Curator and Founder at INNOVATION ROOTS). This workshop is going to be held in Bengaluru on May 11-12, 2019.

This workshop will start with a general introduction on Agile and then continues with the main agenda of the workshop. The participants will be able to learn the basics of Agile towards benefitting respective Projects, understand Agile essential concepts to be aware of its applicability.
Participants learn to practice essential Agile methods and apply them at work and moreover, you will gain an understanding of how, to begin with, Agile projects to innovate and achieve game-changing outcomes.

This two-day Agile Foundation training introduces participants to the essential values, principles, and practices of Agile software development. Participants will get the understanding of Agile and gain essential skills to start adapting Agile method in their respective projects. With great pleasure, INNOVATION ROOTS announces the launch of the workshop on SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master with Priyank Pathak ( Curator at INNOVATION ROOTS) on 18-19 May 2019 at Bengaluru. Priyank Pathak is an Enterprise Agile Transformation and Continuous Delivery Consultant, who provides training, mentoring and coaching services for companies to gain outcomes like quality, value, and continuous flow.

This workshop is exclusively designed for Project Managers, Product Managers, Service Managers, and Software Architects to help them understand the importance of SAFe. The workshop introduces participants to the basic components in SAFe, Lean-Agile principles, DevOps and Scalable engineering practices.
