INNOVATION ROOTS announces a new workshop on SAFe for Teams with SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification based on SAFe 4.6 with Priyank Pathak (Curator and Founder at INNOVATION ROOTS). This workshop is going to be held at Bengaluru on June 22-23, 2019.

This two-day SAFe® 4.6 for Teams course teaches the team to be a part of an Agile Release Train (ART), and learn how to work within an Agile environment using Scrum, Kanban and XP. In this course, teams will learn how to build their backlog, as well as plan and execute iterations for a successful transformation into Agile teams.

After attending this course, participants will gain in-depth knowledge of ART and their role in it. They will be able to find out how to plan, execute and improve along with other teams in the program. This training prepares the teams to effectively participate in Program Increment (PI) planning involving all meetings at the Team and Program level, while specifically focusing on upcoming PI planning. Participants will also learn about the continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture, how to effectively integrate with other teams in the program, and what it takes to continuously improve the train.

INNOVATION ROOTS is pleased to announce the launch of a new workshop on Kanban Management Professional (KMP-II) with Prashant J Mavinkare (Lead Consultant at Innovation Roots). This workshop is going to be held in Bengaluru on June 15-16, 2019.

The KMP-II workshop offers a deeper understanding of the Kanban method and is the next available step to enhance your grasp on Kanban methodology after the completion of KMP-1. This workshop is more focused on the daily rollout of the Kanban system and works on deciding to implement the most appropriate Kanban method for the organization, and managing and developing it over time.

This course provides an overview of how to improve overall Agility with cadences and asymmetrical commitments. It also covers adequate handling of metrics, setting policy and recommended meetings. The participants will also learn to build Information Flow, Deal with resistance to WIP, Understand Lead Time, Variation, Kanban values, and Case Studies.
